In 2017, my now husband and I bought our first multifamily in the West End. With a lot of work, we were able to leverage our sweat equity and purchase a second building and begin our property management company, Presumpscot Property Management. We now actively manage $15M+ of multifamily properties and actively invest in short term, long term, and corporate rentals in Greater Portland. I have experienced first hand the power of real estate investing and work to share that knowledge with my community.
